Data subject rights

Dear user, ART COSMETICS S.r.l. a socio unico as Data Controller, provides the following form to process the requests of the interested parties provided for by the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

To make the request, fill in the form in all its parts.

Once the request has been made, our personnel in charge will manage it and will contact you in case of need for integration to your application.

In accordance with Art. 11, paragraph 2 and Art. 12, paragraph 6, a copy of a valid identity document is required to ascertain the identity of the applicant.

Purposes of the processing:
Respond to the request of the interested parties received through this form. The ID is necessary to identify the person making the request, a practice necessary to verify the lawfulness of the application.
Processing methods:
The request is managed digitally by the personnel authorized by the Data Controller.
Data transmission:
The data of the request are not subject to disclosure to third parties. Only those authorized to process the request will be able to see and manage it.
Data retention:
The request is handled by our authorized staff within 30 days at the latest: these times are generally necessary to process the request. A copy of the request and the outcome of the same remains archived in our systems for 5 years from the date of closing the case. The request will be archived in our IT system (on a server in Italy) and will only be accessible to the personnel in charge.
