INFORMATIVA – CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE

Vista l’emergenza in atto, si richiede a tutti i dipendenti e al personale esterno l’osservanza puntuale delle misure igienico-sanitarie come da vigenti DCPM e altre normative.

Si informa che Art Cosmetics Srl ha attivato in diversi punti dei locali del sito delle postazioni per la corretta sanificazione delle mani che dovranno essere obbligatoriamente utilizzate.

Al fine di contenere la diffusione del virus e tutelare l’attività aziendale, vengono riportate di seguito le principali informazioni per l’entrata in azienda in ottemperanza ai vigenti Protocolli COVID-19:

  • Chi accede ai luoghi di lavoro è consapevole e accetta il controllo della temperatura corporea:
    • se questa risulterà uguale o superiore a 37,5°C, non sarà consentito l’accesso ai locali e sarà richiesto il rientro al domicilio. Tale informazione dovrà essere trasmessa nel più breve tempo possibile al proprio Medico di Medicina Generale al fine di seguire le sue indicazioni
  • È vietato fare ingresso o permanere in azienda laddove sussistano le seguenti condizioni di pericolo:
  • sintomi influenzali (febbre, tosse, difficoltà respiratorie, congiuntivite, perdita olfatto e/o gusto)
  • temperatura corporea superiore ai 37.5°C
  • provenienza da zone a rischio, secondo le indicazioni del Ministero degli Esteri.
  • contatto con persone positive al virus nei 14 giorni precedenti

Tali condizioni impongono di informare il medico di famiglia, l’Autorità sanitaria e di rimanere al proprio domicilio.

  • l’accesso comporta l’impegno a rispettare tutte le disposizioni delle Autorità, quivi compresi i medici di famiglia e le autorità sanitarie, con particolare riferimento alla permanenza domiciliare fiduciaria e alla quarantena quando obbligatoria/necessaria;
  • È obbligatorio indossare la mascherina in tutti i locali del sito in cui siano presenti più persone, e negli spostamenti all’interno del sito stesso;
  • È obbligatorio rispettare le disposizioni previste nel piano di sicurezza anti-contagio aziendale, diffuse al personale tramite comunicazioni e-mail, istruzioni operative e cartellonistica dedicata, con particolare riferimento:
  • alla sanificazione delle mani
  • il distanziamento interpersonale, evitando ogni forma di assembramento
  • l’obbligo di indossare la mascherina
  • il rispetto degli orari di ingresso e uscita nei luoghi comuni (spogliatoi, bagni, area mensa/break) così come stabilito dall’organizzazione aziendale interna
  • Informare tempestivamente e responsabilmente l’Ufficio Risorse Umane della presenza di qualsiasi sintomo influenzale durante la prestazione lavorativa, avendo cura di rimanere a adeguata distanza dalle persone presenti;
  • Informare tempestivamente e responsabilmente l’Ufficio Risorse Umane dell’eventuale positività propria al tampone COVID-19 o della positività di un contatto stretto (es. familiare convivente). Ciò al fine di individuare le misure più idonee da intraprendere.

DISPOSIZIONI PER IL PERSONALE ESTERNO

  • Attenersi a tutte le regole aziendali sopra riportate;
  • Per quanto riguarda le eventuali positività al tampone COVID-19 di personale esterno che ha avuto contatti con il personale di Art Cosmetics, è necessario informare tempestivamente l’Ufficio Risorse Umane di Art Cosmetics;
  • Utilizzare SOLO i servizi igienici e locali di refezione dedicati al personale esterno;
  • Per gli autisti dei mezzi di trasporto, se possibile, devono rimanere a bordo dei propri mezzi limitando le occasioni di contatto con il personale interno. Per tutte le attività che richiedono possibile contatto, è obbligatorio mantenere almeno 1 metro di distanza e indossare i dispositivi di protezione individuale.

DISPOSIZIONI PER IL RIENTRO DALL’ESTERO

In caso di rientro dall’estero, è OBBLIGATORIO prendere visione del sito http://www.viaggiaresicuri.it/  e tenersi costantemente aggiornati, stante la situazione in continua evoluzione.

Tale sito ufficiale (Ministero degli Esteri) riporta le regole in vigore in materia di viaggi.

Qualora il dipendente, collaboratore esterno, visitatore, dipendente di ditte esterne rientri in uno dei casi per cui sono previsti obblighi specifici, è invitato a non accedere all’Azienda e a contattare immediatamente ed esclusivamente l’Ufficio Risorse umane di Art Cosmetics.

Given the current emergency, all employees and external personnel are required to strictly observe the sanitation measures as per current DCPM and other regulations.

We inform you that Art Cosmetics Srl has activated workstations for the correct sanitization of the hands that must be used in various points of the premises of the site.

In order to contain the spread of the virus and protect the business, the following are the main information for entering the company in compliance with the current COVID-19 protocols:

  • Those who enter the workplace are aware of and accept body temperature control:
  • if this is equal to or higher than 37.5 ° C, access to the premises will not be allowed and the return home will be required. This information must be sent as soon as possible to your general practitioner in order to follow his instructions

• It is forbidden to enter or remain in the company where the following dangerous conditions exist:

  • flu symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, conjunctivitis, loss of smell and / or taste)
    • body temperature above 37.5 ° C
    • coming from areas at risk, according to the indications of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    • contact with people positive for the virus in the previous 14 days

These conditions require you to inform the family doctor, the health authority and to remain at home.

  • access involves the commitment to comply with all the provisions of the Authorities, including family doctors and health authorities, with particular reference to fiduciary home stay and quarantine when mandatory / necessary;
  • It is mandatory to wear a mask in all areas of the site where there are more people, and when moving within the site itself;
  • It is mandatory to comply with the provisions set out in the company anti-contagion security plan, disseminated to staff via e-mail communications, operating instructions and dedicated signs, with particular reference to:
  • hand sanitation
  • interpersonal distancing, avoiding any form of gathering
  • the obligation to wear a mask
  • compliance with entry and exit times in common areas (changing rooms, bathrooms, canteen / break area) as established by the internal company organization
  • Promptly and responsibly inform the Human Resources Department of the presence of any flu symptoms during work performance, taking care to remain at an adequate distance from the people present;
  • Promptly and responsibly inform the Human Resources Department of any positivity of the COVID-19 buffer or of the positivity of a close contact (eg. Cohabiting family member). This is in order to identify the most suitable measures to be taken.

PROVISIONS FOR EXTERNAL STAFF

  • Follow all the above company rules;
  • With regard to any positivity to the COVID-19 buffer of external personnel who have had contact with the staff of Art Cosmetics, it is necessary to promptly inform the Human Resources Office of Art Cosmetics;
  • Use ONLY the toilets and dining rooms dedicated to external staff;
  • For drivers of means of transport, if possible, they must remain on board their own vehicles, limiting the opportunities for contact with internal staff. For all activities that require possible contact, it is mandatory to keep at least 1 meter distance and wear personal protective equipment.

PROVISIONS FOR RETURN FROM ABROAD

In case of returning from abroad, it is MANDATORY to view the website http://www.viaggiaresicuri.it/ and keep up to date, given the constantly evolving situation.

This official website (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) reports the rules in force regarding travel.

If the employee, external collaborator, visitor, employee of external companies falls within one of the cases for which specific obligations are envisaged, he is invited not to access the Company and to immediately and exclusively contact the Human Resources Department of Art Cosmetics.
